1987年3月15日至22日在北京举行了第二次“铀矿冶退役设施环境安全技术工作会议”。出席会议的有核工业部铀矿冶系统厂、矿、院、所和二院、原子能院、七所,及有关司局等37个单位的50多名专业人员、专家和教授,国家环保局也派人参加了会议。会议由矿冶局前总工程师王鉴同志主持,部科技委卢荣光副主任,部安防卫生局李振平副局长分别讲了话。
