由江苏省烹饪协会、南京市烹饪学会,南京饮食行业协会、《南京日报.美食周刊》联合主办的,2001年江苏新菜点认定暨名菜名点展销活动于2001年11月29日至12月17日在南京市隆重举行。经全省各市烹协推荐,30多个代表队300道各具地方风味特色的新菜点和名菜名点进行了公开展示。并通过新菜点展台展示认定、名店对口交流展销、WTO 与餐饮发展高层论坛等系列活动,取得了圆满
