提出防滑许用摩擦系数可靠性设计方法,并给出基于许用摩擦系数的最佳防滑配重量的摩擦学设计原则。设计结果使防滑配重重量在确保防滑可靠性的前提下得以最大限度减小,并能将防滑配重、钢丝绳直径和许用摩擦系数同步规划。
The reliability design method of non-slip permitted friction coefficient was put forward and the tribological design principle based on the best non-slip weight of allowable friction coefficient was given. The result of the design is to minimize the weight of the non-slip weight while ensuring the reliability of the anti-slip and synchronously planning the non-slip weight, the diameter of the wire rope and the allowable friction coefficient.
