Objective: To investigate the effect of Th1 / Th2 changes on liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods: In this study, 43 cases of chronic hepatitis B were selected. The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in serum were detected by ELISA. The proportion of serum IFN-γ and IL-4 were measured and the levels of ALT and TB increased High situation comparative analysis. Results: The ratio of IFN-γ and IFN-γ / IL-4 in ALT group recovered quickly was significantly higher than that in ALT group (group B), while IL-4 was higher in group B than in group A. In the observation of jaundice, jaundice group of IFN-γ and IFN-γ / IL-4 ratio was significantly higher than no jaundice group; and IL-4 in the two groups no significant difference. DNA positive group and DNA negative group no significant difference between the ratio. Conclusion: The status of Th1 / Th2 is closely related to the changes of liver function. Immune dysfunction is the direct cause of hepatitis B virus.
