目的对80例口腔颌面部间隙感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨脓肿切开引流联合如意金黄散外敷治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染临床效果,为口腔颌面部间隙感染的治疗提供依据。方法回顾分析2012年5月~2014年10月80例口腔颌面部间隙感染患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予切开引流联合如意金黄散外敷治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后白细胞计数及并发症发生等。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后白细胞计数分别为(2.39±0.41)×109/L、(6.14±0.77)×109/L,观察组的白细胞计数明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率为2.5%,明显低于对照组15.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脓肿切开引流联合如意金黄散外敷治疗口腔颌面部间隙感染具有较好的临床效果,并发症发生率低。
Objective To investigate the clinical data of 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial interstitial infection, and to explore the clinical effect of abscess incision and drainage combined with Ruyi golden yellow powder in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial interstitial infection, so as to provide basis for the treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection . Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with oral and maxillofacial interstitial infection from May 2012 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional symptomatic treatment. The observation group was treated by incision and drainage combined with Ruyi golden yellow powder external application on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect, the white blood cell count and the complication occurred before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, which was significantly higher than 80.0% of control group (P <0.05). The white blood cell counts of observation group and control group were (2.39 ± 0.41) × 109 / L and (6.14 ± 0.77) × 109 / L, respectively. The white blood cell count of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.5% 15.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Abscess incision and drainage combined with Ruyi golden yellow external application in the treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection has a good clinical effect, the incidence of complications is low.
