制备了二氧化硅凝胶包覆十二醇的微囊。囊壁材料是正硅酸乙酯水解、聚合生成的二氧化硅凝胶;囊芯材料是作为相变储能材料的十二醇,其相变点为24℃。微囊的储能密度为116.5J/g,包覆量为53.74%(wt),平均颗粒大小为8.26μm,适用于相变调温纤维。并对十二醇微囊的形成机理进行了初步探讨。
A microcapsule with silica gel coated dodecanol was prepared. The material of the wall is silica gel which is hydrolyzed and polymerized by tetraethyl orthosilicate. The core material is dodecanol as phase change energy storage material, and its phase change point is 24 ℃. The energy storage density of the microcapsule is 116.5J / g, the coating amount is 53.74% (wt), the average particle size is 8.26μm, which is suitable for phase change temperature control fiber. The formation mechanism of dodecanol microcapsules was also discussed.
