肿瘤血管生成一直是肿瘤领域的研究热点。近几年的研究表明,内皮祖细胞(EPCs)参与肿瘤血管生成,可以在肿瘤组织内募集,并向成熟内皮细胞分化,对肿瘤生长、浸润及转移的作用不可忽视。其中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与VEGF受体-2(VEGFR-2)相结合是EPCs参与肿瘤血管生成的一个重要机制,抑制VEGF的通路信号可以削弱EPCs向肿瘤血管的募集和参与血管生成,也可显著地延缓肿瘤的生长。
Tumor angiogenesis has always been a hot research topic in the field of oncology. In recent years, studies have shown that endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) involved in tumor angiogenesis can be recruited in tumor tissues and differentiate into mature endothelial cells, which can not neglect tumor growth, invasion and metastasis. The combination of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and VEGF receptor-2 (VEGFR-2) is an important mechanism of EPCs involved in tumor angiogenesis. Inhibition of VEGF signaling pathway can weaken the recruitment of EPCs to tumor blood vessels and participate in angiogenesis, Tumor growth can also be significantly delayed.
