通过对电厂实时监测系统的历史数据、锅炉受热面布置方式、分割屏联箱结构、燃烧运行特性的分析,认为2020t/h锅炉分割屏爆管的主要原因是分割屏位置距火焰中心太近,设计面积偏大,机组长期参与调峰,调峰频率大,低负荷运行时间长。提出了防止分割屏爆管的技术措施和建议:减少机组调峰频率、提高最低运行负荷、降低分割屏管壁温度报警定值、加强炉膛吹灰、调整燃烧器喷口位置、优化燃烧、控制启停速度等。
