教学评价改革是新课程的重要内容,也是检验落实新课程理念的重要标志。美术教学评价,主要包含两个方面的评价:一是对教师“教”的评价,二是对学生“学”的评价。现行的美术教学评价存在着诸多问题:一是评价以技能评价为惟一标准;二是只重结果,不重过程;三是只有教师评价,没有学生评价;四是只有作业评价,没有相关的美术活动评价;五是评价过于简单、草率、不着边际。这与新课程理念是完全相违背的。为了落实新课程理念,小学美术教学评价要进行“四大”转变。
