一、齿向载荷分布系数的定义在圆锥齿轮的接触强度计算中,基本接触应力σ_(HO)是根据齿轮副在理想的接触状况下求得的。为了考虑在实际的接触状况下沿齿宽方向载荷分布对接触强度的影响,标准中引进了齿向载荷分布系数K_(Hβ)。齿向载荷分布系数可由下面公式定义: K_(Hβ)= 实际接触状况下的最大载荷集度W_(max)/理想接触状况下的最大载荷集度W_(maxo) 载荷集度W是单位接触长度上承受的齿面法向力,N/mm。理想接触状况是指齿面接触斑点沿齿形向齿顶和齿根逐渐减轻,沿齿长向两端逐渐减
