ETC作为ITS的重要分支,已经被公众广泛接受。ETC交易量的不断增长,对现有ETC联网收费结算系统带来了新的挑战。云计算作为一种新型的计算范式,已经开始广泛应用。将云计算技术引入ETC联网收费结算系统,在系统性能优化和提高系统可用性方面具有积极的意义。云计算包含Iaa S、Paa S和Saa S三层,在ETC联网收费结算系统引入云计算技术,主要是在Iaa S层,采用Iaa S层核心虚拟化技术来重新构建ETC联网收费结算系统平台基础实施,构建计算、存储和网络资源池,建设一个融合了云计算技术的混合系统。业务应用系统部署在虚拟化平台至上,实现ICT信息资源的按需配置和动态分配,保障业务不中断,提高系统承载能力和可用性。
ETC as an important branch of ITS, has been widely accepted by the public. The growing volume of ETC transactions poses new challenges for the existing ETC networked billing system. As a new computing paradigm, cloud computing has begun to be widely used. Introducing cloud computing technology into the ETC network charging settlement system has positive significance in system performance optimization and system availability improvement. Cloud Computing Including Iaa S, Paa S and Saa S Layers, Introducing Cloud Computing Technology into ETC Network Toll Collection System, Mainly at Iaa S Layer, Using Iaa S Layer Core Virtualization Technology to Rebuild the Platform Basics of ETC Network Toll Collection System Implement, build compute, storage, and network resource pools to build a hybrid system that incorporates cloud computing technology. The business application system is deployed on the virtualization platform to achieve the on-demand configuration and dynamic allocation of ICT information resources to ensure uninterrupted service and increase system carrying capacity and availability.
