本文首次报道p~+-i-n~+a-Si:H太阳电池的注入电流检测磁共振研究。实验研究了该自旋有关的注入电流效应与正向注入电流、辐照光强以及光电压检测磁共振(PDMR)的关系。结果表明该效应有比PDMR更高的灵敏度,可用于非晶及晶体势垒器件的例行检测。
This paper reports the first study of p ~ + -i-n ~ + a-Si: H solar cells by injection current detection of magnetic resonance. The spin-related injection current effects were experimentally investigated in relation to the forward injection current, the intensity of the irradiance, and the photoplethysmography-based magnetic resonance (PDMR). The results show that this effect has higher sensitivity than PDMR and can be used for routine testing of amorphous and crystalline barrier devices.
