目的比较竹片法与竹节法灭鼠效果,探讨使用竹节法控制下水道(窨井)鼠类的效果以及观察鼠类对不同毒饵的拖食情况,为下水道灭鼠提供技术依据。方法①用竹节与竹片盛放毒饵,用相同饵料比较观察鼠类拖食率。②在竹节的每一格竹节中投放用蔗子、新鲜稻谷配成的0.005%溴敌隆毒饵以及溴敌隆蜡块,观察鼠类拖食情况。③在菜市场、餐饮店等行业周边下水道应用竹节法进行灭鼠效果评价。结果在菜市场周边的下水道获得的数据表明,竹节法拖食率(6.02%)高于传统竹片法的拖食率(1.39%),且二者差异有统计学意义(x~2=8.10,P<0.05);下水道鼠类对3种鼠饵的拖食率,蔴子饵为85.07%,其次是新鲜稻谷,蜡块的拖食率最低。结论竹节法在下水道(窨井)中的使用,具有良好灭鼠效果。
Objective To compare the rodent control effect of bamboo and bamboo, and to explore the effect of using the bamboo method to control the sewer (cocoon) rodents and to observe the rodent trapping of different poison bait, so as to provide the technical basis for sewer rodent control. Methods ① bamboo strips and bamboo bloom poison bait, with the same food to observe the mouse drag rate. ② In each bamboo bamboo section put in the use of sugarcane, fresh rice dubbed 0.005% bromadiolone bait and bromadiolone block, to observe the situation of mice dragging. ③ In the vegetable market, restaurants and other industries around the sewer bamboo method applied rodent control effect evaluation. Results The data obtained from the sewers around the vegetable market showed that the bamboo sliver feed rate (6.02%) was higher than the traditional bamboo sliver feed rate (1.39%), and the difference was statistically significant (x 2 = 8.10, P <0.05). In the sewer mice, the tragfestation rate of three kinds of rat bait was 85.07%, followed by that of fresh paddy, and the wax drag was the lowest. Conclusion The bamboo method used in the sewer (sucker hole) has a good anti-rat effect.
