为了解决某油田污水处理站的污泥处理系统中离心机没有对含水污泥实现有效分离的生产实际问题,进行了待处理污泥的室内离心及沉降特性试验,并分析了污泥浓缩罐的工作原理。结果发现,由于待处理污泥中具有上浮特性的絮状物占了大部分,污泥浓缩罐不能发挥有效功效,致使“污泥浓缩+卧螺离心”工艺不适用于此特性污泥的处理。最后针对存在的这一实际问题从工艺、技术以及设备等角度提出了相应的解决措施。
