为了减轻水旱灾害损失,提高信息采集、传输、处理能力和防汛调度决策的时效性和准确性,根据国家防汛抗旱指挥系统设计的总体要求,结合安徽省实际的情况,经过几年的努力,安徽省已建成一个覆盖全省、业务综合化的防汛抗旱通信网络。本文对综合通信网的组网方案选择,组网技术和主要性能作简要阐述。 In order to reduce the loss of floods and droughts and improve the timeliness and accuracy of information collection, transmission, handling capacity and flood control decision-making, according to the overall requirements of the national flood control and drought relief command system design and the actual conditions in Anhui Province, after several years of hard work, Anhui Province has built a flood control and drought relief communication network covering the whole province and integrating business. This article gives a brief exposition of the networking scheme selection, networking technology and main performance of the integrated communications network.
