分析了并行工程环境下并行设计的实质,认为实现计算机辅助并行设计的关键是研究和开发面向并行工程的CAPP(CECAPP).介绍了CECAPP的总体结构及信息需求;提出基于人工智能的方法并借助黑板结构实现零件建模及工艺设计的并行交互。针对其关键技术,提出了零件功能要求描述、制造环境建模等新的思路和方法。
The essence of parallel design under concurrent engineering environment is analyzed. It is considered that the key to achieve computer-aided parallel design is to research and develop CAPP (CECAPP) for concurrent engineering. The overall structure and information requirements of CECAPP are introduced. A method based on artificial intelligence is proposed, and the parallel interaction of part modeling and process design is achieved by means of blackboard structure. According to its key technologies, some new ideas and methods, such as describing the functional requirements of parts and manufacturing environment, are put forward.
