目的:建立人参养荣丸中桂皮醛的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC对制剂中肉桂所含桂皮醛进行含量测定。ODS分析色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(43:57),流速:1.0mL/min,检测波长:290nm。结果:人参养荣丸中高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定桂皮醛,可达基线分离,桂皮醛对照品进样量在0.043~0.215μg内呈线性关系,r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.80%,RSD=1.36%(n=5,RSD=1.36%)。结论:该法简便快速,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of cinnamaldehyde in ginseng yangrong pills. Methods: The contents of cinnamic aldehyde contained in cinnamon were determined by HPLC. ODS analytical column, mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (43:57), flow rate: 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength: 290 nm. Results: The cinnamic aldehyde was detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) in the ginseng yirong pill and the baseline was separated. The injection volume of cinnamaldehyde reference substance was linear in the range of 0.043-0.215 μg with r = 0.9996 and the average recovery was 99.80 %, RSD = 1.36% (n = 5, RSD = 1.36%). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, reproducible and can be used as a quality control method for this preparation.
