目的:评价急诊肋骨创伤CR与螺旋CT三维重建在肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法:40例肋骨骨折患者,分别进行常规胸部CR摄影和多层螺旋CT扫描及三维重建,对照分析骨折检出率。结果:40例患者中,平片显示骨折65处,可疑骨折5处。CT三维重建显示全部40例89处骨折。结论:16层螺旋CT及其三维重建对肋骨骨折的检出率明显高于CR平片,是胸部外伤中肋骨骨折诊断的首选方法。
Objective: To evaluate the value of emergency rib trauma CR and spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the treatment of rib fractures. Methods: Forty patients with rib fractures underwent routine chest radiography, multi-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction. The incidence of fracture was analyzed. Results: Of the 40 patients, plain film showed 65 fractures and 5 suspicious fractures. CT three-dimensional reconstruction showed all 40 cases of 89 fractures. Conclusion: The detection rate of rib fractures by 16-slice spiral CT and its three-dimensional reconstruction is obviously higher than that of CR plain film. It is the first choice for the diagnosis of rib fractures in chest trauma.
