2011年在贵州中烟太平庄基地单元进行了框架式散叶烘烤试验,对烤后烟叶外观质量、经济性状、烘烤能耗、常规化学成分、评吸质量等指标进行比较。结果表明:框架式散叶烘烤比常规挂杆烘烤烤后烟叶外观质量、经济效益、烟叶感官评价均较好,有利于提高烟叶质量和促进烟农增收。通过实践,提出了在进行框架式散叶烘烤时的注意事项和亟待解决的问题。
In 2011, a frame-type leaf-baking experiment was conducted in Taipingzhuang Base of Zhongzhong, Guizhou Province to compare the appearance quality, economic characteristics, energy consumption of baking, conventional chemical composition, smoking quality and other indexes of the cured tobacco. The results showed that the appearance quality, economic benefit and sensory evaluation of tobacco leaves were better than that of the traditional hanging bar roasts, which was beneficial to improve the quality of tobacco leaves and increase the farmers’ income. Through practice, we put forward some precautions and problems to be solved in the process of frame-type baking powder.
