压路机的转向运动影响了其动力性能、机动性能及压轮对地面材料的搓起程度,研究其动力学与运动学原理有助于改善压路机的压实作业能力。单轮振动压路机由于铰接车架及前后轮的材质与形状不相同而使得其转向力学计算较复杂,并且对压路机技术性能的影响也比偏转轮式转向大。
The steering movement of the roller affects its dynamic performance, maneuverability and the degree of rubbing of the roller against the ground material. Studying its dynamics and kinematics can help to improve the compaction ability of the roller. Due to the different materials and shapes of the hinged frame and the front and rear wheels, the single wheel vibratory roller makes the calculation of the steering mechanics more complicated and has a greater influence on the technical performance of the roller than the deflection wheel steering.
