基于LabVIEW的摩托车ABS性能实验系统

防抱死制动系统(ABS)性能已经成为衡量摩托车安全性能的一个重要指标,提高两轮摩托车制动稳定性一直是两轮摩托车主动安全的重要课题。随着ABS在摩托车上的运用,如何准确、快速、有效地检测ABS的各种工作性能已是一项紧迫的任务。设计了摩托车ABS性能实验台的机械系统和测试系统,采用LabVIEW实现了速度信号、加速度信号、压力信号的采集,滑移率的计算,实验数据的存储等功能。测试结果表明,该ABS性能实验系统能直接、快速、有效地测试摩托车ABS的性能,为摩托车ABS研发提供有力工具。 Anti-lock brake system (ABS) performance has become a measure of the safety performance of an important indicator of motorcycles, improve the stability of two-wheeled motorcycle braking motorcycle motorcycle has been an important issue of active safety. The mechanical system and the test system of motorcycle ABS performance test bench are designed. The functions of speed signal, acceleration signal, pressure signal acquisition, slip rate calculation and experiment data storage are realized by LabVIEW. The test results show that the ABS performance test system can directly, quickly and effectively test the performance of motorcycle ABS and provide a powerful tool for motorcycle ABS research and development.
