人文社科类大学生科技创新计划实施中存在的问题与改进建议——以北京林业大学法学专业为例

实施人文社科类大学生科技创新计划的目的在于引导学生关注社会,培养学生发现问题的能力;引导学生涉足研究领域,训练学生掌握科学研究的基本方法;深化专业教育,提高学生利用所学知识解决实际问题的能力;拓展人才选拔方式,矫正以考试方式选拔人才的片面性。但是,人文社科类大学生科技创新计划在实施过程中存在一些问题;在选题方面选题过大、研究难以深入,片面追求专业化、脱离日常生活实际,专业跨度过大、不同专业的联合研究难以实现,选题重复较多、所关注的问题较为狭窄等;在研究方法方面忽视文献研究、缺乏对现有理论的总结与梳理,实证研究流于表象、难以深入,不注重方法论、忽视研究方法的使用与贯彻等;在研究内容方面过于注重立法研究、研究内容避重就轻,研究结论以点带面、挂一漏万,一味追求批判的新意、缺乏科学的基础等。导致这些问题产生的原因是学生的专业知识和社会经验缺乏以及投入的时间和精力不足、指导教师未充分发挥指导效能、传统的教育模式桎梏了学生的创新能力、对科研教育存在认识上的误区。因此,人文社科类大学生科技创新计划的实施应予以不断改进:学生选题宜小、研究方法宜简、研究结论不宜夸大,要转变思想观念,变被动接受知识为主动探索未知,要加强团队合作精神的培养、锻炼组织与协调能力;指导教师要从学生的实际需求出发加强指导;学校要更新教育思想观念,在教学制度的改革中融入科研需要,改革考试制度以适应学生科技创新活动的需要,改革教师的评价体制以激励教师指导学生科研活动的积极性。 The implementation of humanities and social sciences undergraduates science and technology innovation program aims to guide students concerned about the community, to develop students ability to discover problems; to guide students involved in the field of study, training students to master the basic methods of scientific research; deepen the professional education to enhance students to use their knowledge to solve Practical problems; expand the way of talent selection, correct the one-sidedness of the selection of personnel to test the way. The literature research is ignored in the research methods, and the summarization and combing of the existing theories are lacking. The use and implementation of research methods and so on; the research content is too much emphasis on legislative research, research content to avoid the light, the conclusions of the study point to point, hanging blindly blindly pursue new ideas, the lack of a scientific basis. The causes of these problems are the lack of students ’professional knowledge and social experience, the lack of time and energy invested, the failure of teachers to give full play to the guiding effectiveness, the traditional educational model which ignores the students’ ability to innovate and misunderstood the research and education . Therefore, the implementation of science and technology innovation programs of humanities and social sciences should be continuously improved: the topics for students should be small, the methods for research should be simplified, the research conclusions should not be exaggerated, the ideas and concepts should be changed, the knowledge should be changed for passive exploration, the team should be strengthened Co-ordination, cooperation and training, organization and coordination of training; instructors should strengthen guidance from the actual needs of students; schools should update their educational concepts and concepts, integrate scientific research with the reform of teaching system, reform the examination system to adapt to students’ scientific and technological innovation activities It is necessary to reform teachers ’evaluation system so as to encourage teachers to motivate students’ research activities.
