Chinese English has long been a widely discussed issue for everyone. In the process of Chinese-English translation, the phenomenon of “Chinese-English” has shown a trend that can not be ignored. It is difficult to pay attention and correct it without understanding its formation. In view of this phenomenon, this article uses the theory of connectionism to analyze the causes of CE in Chinese-English translation. In translation activities, the binding strength between thinking and L2 at all levels is weaker than that between native speakers, The continuity of the network makes the corresponding link in the mother tongue activated, thus displaying traces of Chinese-English in the translated text. It is also analyzed and explained from the vocabulary level formed by Chinese-English to help translators reduce and avoid the phenomenon of Chinese-English in the process of Chinese-English translation and produce authentic and decent translations.
