我国自古以来就是一个法治的社会,虽然在古代法律体系并不完善,并且也完全不能以法治国,但是这说明了我国的法律历史源远流长。民国时期制定了我国历史上的第一部民法,建国后尤其是改革开放以后,在经济和社会生活高速发展的这个阶段,国家和政府在法治社会的建设工作的开展中取得了巨大进步,尤其是在中华人民共和国宪法的修改和具体实施过程中有着突出进步,我国的国家法治建设取得了很多重要成果。但是,就是在这样依法治国的前提和保障之下,仍有很多人违法违规行事,他们有的是故意钻法律的空子,而有的则是法律意识不健全。在中国经济进程加快的大背景下,公民的法律意识和素质跟不上时代的节奏显然是一个非常严重的问题,那么在针对公民法律意识的培养与法治社会的生成时,我们应该注意什么呢?这就是我们本文要探索和研究的内容。 Since ancient times, our country is a society ruled by law. Although the ancient legal system is not perfect and it is absolutely impossible to rule the country by law, this shows that the legal history of our country has a long history. During the period of the Republic of China, the first civil law in our history was formulated. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China especially after the reform and opening up, at this stage of rapid economic and social development, the state and the government made great strides in the construction of the society ruled by law. In particular, It has made outstanding progress in the process of revising and implementing the constitution of the People’s Republic of China. Many important achievements have been made in the building of the country’s state law. However, just under such preconditions and guarantees of governing the country according to law, many people still behave in violation of laws and regulations. Some of them are deliberately exploiting the loopholes in law while others are not sound about legal awareness. Under the background that China’s economic progress is accelerating, it is obviously a very serious issue that the legal awareness and quality of citizens can not keep up with the pace of the times. So what should we pay attention to in cultivating the legal awareness of citizens and the emergence of a society ruled by law? This is what we should explore and study this article.
