东北地区三省农科院、中国农科院农业气象室于1984年12月6日至12日在吉林省公主岭召开了东北地区抗御低温冷害第二次科学讨论会。出席这次会议的有辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省的农业、气象、高等院校和中国农科院气象室,以及中国科学院长春地理所等三十一个单位,共五十五名代表。会议由吉林省农科院院长、研究员胡吉成同志致开幕词,吉林省农科院低温冷害室主任、副研究员潘铁夫同志作了会议总结。
Northeast Agricultural Science Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Three Provinces and Agricultural Meteorological Office of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences held the 2nd Scientific Symposium on Cold Damage Prevention in the Northeast in Gongzhuling, Jilin Province from December 6 to December 12, 1984. A total of 55 delegates attended the conference from 31 units including 31 departments of agriculture, meteorology and higher education in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces, as well as meteorological offices of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Changchun Institute of Geography of Chinese Academy of Sciences. At the meeting, Comrade Hu Jicheng, dean and researcher of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences made an opening speech. Comrade Pan Tiefu, director and associate researcher of low temperature chilling injury room of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences made a speech.
