本文报道了60例密切接触金属汞的工人外周血淋巴细胞微核率(MN)和姊妹染色单体互换率(SCE)的观察分析。结果表明各工龄组姊妹染色单体互换率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),接触工龄l0年以上组微核率具有统计学意义。同时分析了尿汞与尿诱变作用的关系及吸烟对汞诱变作用的影响。
This article reports the analysis of the micronucleus rate (MN) and sister chromatid exchange rate (SCE) of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 60 patients with close contact with metallic mercury. The results showed that the sister chromatid exchange rates in all age groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the relationship between urinary mercury and urinary mutagenicity and the effect of smoking on mercury mutagenesis were analyzed.
