本试验研究利用砖混建筑垃圾制作再生微粉,测试分析了再生微粉的化学成分、矿物组成、粒度分布和强度活性,在此基础上,以再生微粉作为矿物掺和料,首先研究了再生微粉的掺量对不同强度等级混凝土的抗压强度和工作性的影响,然后系统研究了利用再生微粉为矿物掺和料制备的C30和C60混凝土的力学性能、耐久性能和体积稳定性能。研究结果证明,建筑垃圾再生微粉可以作为矿物掺和料来制备常用各强度等级的普通混凝土,包括C60大流动性高强混凝土。
In this study, the use of brick and concrete construction waste production of renewable powder, the test analysis of the chemical composition of reclaimed powder, mineral composition, particle size distribution and strength activity, based on this, with renewable powder as mineral admixture, the first study of the regeneration of micronized The influence of dosage on the compressive strength and workability of concrete with different strength grades was studied. The mechanical properties, durability and volume stability of C30 and C60 concrete prepared by using regenerated micro-powder as mineral admixture were systematically studied. The results show that the construction waste regeneration powder can be used as a mineral admixture to prepare common strength grades of ordinary concrete, including C60 high-flow high-strength concrete.
