近年来,在我国中小学教育教学活动中,对于教师口语的重视程度越来越高。然而,现实中依然存在着学生厌学,课堂注意力不集中,甚至出现逃课、逃学等现象。究其原因,一个重要的方面就是一些教师的口语表达不尽如人意,要么词不达意,茶壶里煮饺子——“道”不出;要么枯燥干涩,闻之无味;要么晦涩高深,使听课的学生“身在曹营心在汉”。为了实现教育目标,调动学生的学习积极性,达到良好的教学效果,就要提高教师口语的表达水平。探讨教师口语中运用比喻、引用、对比、双关、反问、设问、夸张等修辞艺术及效果,可以使教师口语更加生动形象、风趣幽默、富有感染力。优秀的教师口语在于对修辞艺术的灵活掌握和运用,这应是每位中小学教师的永恒追求。
