开会会场设在什么地方,如何布置,是会议成功的一个重要因素。这也是日本秘书工作很讲究的问题。准备会场时,首先要考虑到这样三点: 1.大小要和人数相适应; 2.要在肃静、来往的人少的地方; 3.要能调节照明、室温和空气。要选与会议的目的相称的会场。召开大型会议时,要预备接待席、衣帽挂、黑板、扩音器等等,到外部租借会场时,一定要与对方详细商谈有关事宜,进行实地察看。日本秘书部门对会场桌椅的布置也很讲究,要求根据会议的目的来安排。常见的有如下四种类型: 1.圆桌式在圆桌或者方桌的周围安放椅子,可以互相看得见,领导人和会议成员可以无拘束地自由交谈,适合于召开十五至二十人左右的小型会议。 The meeting place is located in any place, how to layout, is an important factor in the success of the meeting.
