国有企业改革中的若干矛盾问题分析

国有企业改革是整个经济体制改革的中心环节。改革20多年来,国有企业改革和发展取得了很大进展。在真切感受到改革给国有企业带来的深刻变化并为之振奋鼓舞的同时,我们也不能不清醒地看到,在国企改革和发展中还存在不少深层次的矛盾和困难。本文试图通过对国企改革中遇到的激励和约束、数量和质量、市场作用和政府作用等矛盾问题的分析,进一步探讨影响国企改革和发展中的主要因素,进而深化对国有企业改革规律性的认识和把握。 The reform of state-owned enterprises is the key link in the reform of the entire economic system. Over the past 20 years or more since the reform, great progress has been made in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. While truly feeling the profound changes brought about by the reform to state-owned enterprises and inspiring them, we can not but clearly understand that there are still many deep-seated conflicts and difficulties in the reform and development of state-owned enterprises. This paper attempts to further analyze the main factors that affect the reform and development of state-owned enterprises through the analysis of contradictions such as incentives and restrictions, quantity and quality, market function and government role which are encountered in the reform of state-owned enterprises, and further deepen the regularity of the reform of state-owned enterprises Understand and grasp.
