目的探索经阴道建立宫内节育器(IUD)避孕大鼠模型的造模效果。方法以100只SD已生育大鼠为受试对象,随机分为经阴道组、开腹组、经阴道假手术组、开腹假手术组、空白对照组,各组再随机设立亚组1(合笼)、亚组2(不合笼),10只/亚组。亚组1于造模后第22天开腹观察大鼠避孕率和胚胎计数;亚组2于造模后第3、10、16天,观察大鼠造模前后的一般状态,并进行旷场实验。结果经阴道与开腹放置IUD,避孕率均为100%,且对侧宫腔内胚胎数差异无显著性(P>0.05)。较之开腹造模,经阴道造模对大鼠的一般状况影响小。经阴道造模前后大鼠中央格停留时间、水平穿越格数、直立次数、修饰次数的比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经阴道造模大鼠能为IUD节育副反应研究提供有效的动物模型。
Objective To explore the establishment of transvaginal intrauterine device (IUD) contraceptive model in rats. Methods 100 SD SD rats were randomly divided into transvaginal group, laparotomy group, transvaginal sham group, open laparotomy group and blank control group. Each group was randomly divided into subgroups 1 ( Cage), subgroup 2 (not cage), 10 / subgroup. Subgroup 1 was used to observe contraceptive rate and embryo count on the 22nd day after model establishment. Conclusion Transvaginal modeling can provide an effective animal model for the study of IUD contraception.
