目的了解天津市红桥区2003—2008年恶性肿瘤发病情况。方法收集该区2003—2008年恶性肿瘤发病数据,运用Excel 2003、SPSS 15.0统计软件进行分析。结果该区2003—2008年恶性肿瘤发病率为201.23/10万,标化率为129.37/10万;发病率随着年龄而升高,70岁～组最高(达718.84/10万),男性发病率高于女性(P=0.026)。发病前5位恶性肿瘤为肺癌、乳腺癌、结(直)肠癌、胃癌、肝癌。乳腺癌平均发病年龄54.07岁。结论该区恶性肿瘤发病率低于天津市发病水平和全球发病水平;肺癌是发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。
Objective To understand the incidence of malignant tumors in Hongqiao District of Tianjin from 2003 to 2008.
