为落实执法责任制,规范卫生监督人员依法行政行为,提高行政监管效能,上海市闵行区卫生局卫生监督所一直积极探索和实施绩效管理,根据机构的实际情况,经过多次调研、讨论、修改,制定了《落实执法责任制实施办法》,形成了《基础管理考核实施细则》、《卫生监督稽查实施细则》和《现场监管效果评估实施细则》等相关配套制度在内的一整套绩效考核方法、方案和评分标准。
