三江平原位于我国东北端,总面积108900平方公里。本文是在多时相、多波段、准同步的MSS信息全面资源复查基础上撰写的。文中从遥感资料选用、地理基础底图编制、分类原则和体系、解译步骤和制图工艺流程、卫星像片质量和成图精度分析以及土地利用现状分析等六个方面,论述了土地利用与土地覆盖图、影像图、资源复查数据及综合评价等成果的科学性,为该区总体规划、农业合理开发论证、综合治理、实验基地建设、保持生态平衡等专题研究,提供了重要的基础资料和科学依据。应用遥感进行资源复查,精度高、速度快、经济效益好,有推广价值。
Sanjiang Plain is located in the northeast end of China, with a total area of 108900 square kilometers. This article is written on the basis of comprehensive resource review of multi-phase, multi-band and quasi-synchronous MSS information. The paper discusses the relationship between land use and land use from six aspects: the selection of remote sensing data, the compilation of geographical base map, the classification principle and system, the interpretation steps and mapping process flow, satellite photo quality and mapping accuracy analysis and the status quo of land utilization. Coverage maps, image maps, resource review data and comprehensive evaluation of the scientific results for the area overall planning, demonstration of rational development of agriculture, comprehensive management, construction of experimental base to maintain ecological balance and other special studies provide important basic information and Scientific basis.
