目前我国苹果年产200多万吨,提高苹果品质已成为苹果生产和科研中的主要课题。近年来,中国农业科学院就此问题组织了全国科研协作,取得了可喜成果,现举几例供生产上参考应用。元帅系苹果个大、皮色鲜艳、肉质爽脆、甜酸适度、品质上等,产量约占我国苹果的15%。但元帅系苹果属中熟品种,在我国主产区采收前至采收期气温较高。不利于果实物质积累和转化。因此果色浅、风味不浓,对贮运条件要求较高。采后如不及时降温贮藏,就很快发绵,失去原有品质风味,甚至腐烂。生产受到很大限制。山东果树所等单位经多年多点试验
At present, our country produces more than 2 million tons of apples annually. Improving apple quality has become a major issue in apple production and research. In recent years, the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences organized a national scientific research collaboration on this issue and made gratifying achievements.
