目的 :建立平胃颗粒中甜菜碱的含量测定方法。方法 :双波长薄层扫描法 ,薄层板 :硅胶G -CMC薄层板 ,展开剂 :丙酮 -无水乙醇 -浓盐酸 (5∶3∶0 6 ) ,显色方法 :以碘蒸气熏后 ,喷以改良碘化铋钾试液。结果 :线性范围 4~ 2 0 μg ,平均回收率为 99 1% ,RSD为 2 3%。结论 :方法准确、可靠 ,为控制平胃颗粒的质量提供了科学依据。
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of betaine in Pingwei granules. Method: dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method, thin layer plate: silica gel G-CMC thin-layer plate, developing solvent: acetone-absolute ethanol-concentrated hydrochloric acid (5:3:0 6), coloring method: after iodine vapor , sprayed with modified potassium iodide test solution. Results: The linear range was 4 to 20 μg. The average recovery was 99 1%. The RSD was 23%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reliable and provides scientific basis for controlling the quality of Pingwei granules.
