单元体设计是民用航空发动机维修性设计中的主要内容之一,也是总体结构方案设计中的重要环节,单元体划分的好坏将直接影响整个发动机在使用过程中的拆装、运输、维护等方面的人力物力成本,最终影响发动机的维修费用和飞机的出勤率。国外民用航空发动机经过了半个多世纪的研制和使用,具备了丰富的实践经验,形成了成熟的设计流程与方法,并经过大量的试验验证。对国外典型成熟机型的单元体划分进行分析与总结,获取其成熟的设计理念和方法,将对我国民用航空发动机的设计研制起到至关重要的意义。
