文章以六氯环三磷嗪为原料通过亲核取代、还原等反应合成了 2 .2 -二苯胺基 -4 .4.6 .6 -四对羟甲基酚氧基三聚磷嗪 ,探索了各步化合物的合成、分离方法 ,通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振谱对合成的化合物的结构进行了表征。将该化合物加入到低压聚乙烯中对其进行阻燃改性 ,进一步对所合成的化合物的阻燃性能进行了研究 ,结果表明该化合物具有明显的阻燃效果。
In this paper, 2.2 - diphenylamino - 4 .4.6. 6 - tetrahydroxymethylphenoxypolytriphosphazine was synthesized by the reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene with nucleophilic substitution and reduction. Step synthesis, separation methods, the structure of the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The compound was added to the low pressure polyethylene flame retardant modified further to the flame retardant properties of the compounds synthesized, the results show that the compound has a significant flame retardant effect.
