本课题试图探究卫校中职生的职业道德判断能力与个体认知风格之间的内在关联性。研究采用认知风格调查问卷和MJT道德判断测验等方法,向学生收集数据并加以分析,获得了以下结果:首先,中职卫校职业道德教育与学生认知风格的匹配与否不是由学生认知风格本身决定的,且学生的认知风格不影响其职业道德水平;其次,从道德行为的认知方面看,匹配组的学生具备高于不匹配组的道德判断能力;最后,从道德行为的情感方面看,匹配组的学生对于柯尔伯格道德推理六阶段的认可程度高于不匹配组的学生。
This topic attempts to explore the inherent relevance between the professional moral judgment ability of the vocational school students and individual cognitive style. The research uses the methods of cognitive style questionnaire and MJT moral judgment test to collect data from students and analyze them. The results are as follows: Firstly, the matching between vocational ethics education in vocational schools and students’ cognitive style is not recognized by the students The style itself determines, and the student’s cognitive style does not affect the level of their professional ethics; second, from the cognitive aspects of moral behavior, the students in the matching group have a higher ability to judge the moral than the unmatched group; Finally, from the moral behavior Emotionally, students in the matching group were more likely to endorse Kohlberg’s six-stage moral reasoning than those who did not match.
