根据三角架的实际结构建立了具有弹性基础的三维有限元模型 ,按两种工况对模型进行分析计算。计算结果分析的表明 ,DZ45 0 /9- S钻机底座的起升三角架满足强度、刚度及稳定性要求 ,且具有富裕量 ,应考虑三角架的结构优化。
According to the actual structure of the tripod, a three-dimensional finite element model with elastic foundation is established, and the model is analyzed and calculated according to two working conditions. The calculation results show that the lifting tripod of DZ45 0/9-S drilling rig base meets the requirements of strength, stiffness and stability, and has sufficient margin. The structural optimization of the tripod should be considered.
