一前言采用真空泵对水泵和虹吸管抽气充水,目前常见的有三种抽气量计算方法。这三种计算公式,从物理概念来看,都与实际情况不甚相符。当吸水高度在2米水柱以内时,误差不甚明显;若吸水高度超过5米,误差明显增大,本文系根据玻义耳——马略特定律推导出一种积分计算法。其物理概念明确,并符合实际抽气过程。
A foreword The use of vacuum pumps and siphon suction pump water, there are currently three common calculation method of pumping volume. These three formulas, from the physical point of view, are not in line with the actual situation. When the water absorption height is less than 2 meters water column, the error is not obvious; if the water absorption height exceeds 5 meters, the error increases obviously. In this paper, an integral calculation method is derived according to the Boyle-Malloure law. Its physical concept is clear and in line with the actual pumping process.
