随着进城务工人员的日益增多,随父母来到打工地区的子女也越来越多。我校地处城乡结合部,现有1179名学生,其中1027名学生是外来务工人员随迁子女,占全校学生数的87.1%。他们来自全国各地,学业质量参差不齐,和当地学生有着明显的不同,这里的学业质量不仅包括了学业知识,还包含了学业能力和学习品质等方面。这就给学校的教学工作提出了新的课题。如何因势利导,在减负的大环境下实现减负而不减质?经过慎重思考,我们决定走自主发展教育的研究之路,而自主教学又是其中很重要的一项工作。
With the increasing number of migrant workers in cities, more and more children are coming to work areas with their parents. Our school is located at the junction of urban and rural areas, there are 1179 students, of which 1027 students migrant children migrant children, accounting for 87.1% of the school students.
