近年来,进城务工人员随迁子女的受教育问题日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。由于生存环境的改变等多方面原因,就读于公办学校的随迁子女在不同程度上出现了学习困难问题,公办学校教师如何解决这个问题成为当前极为重要的理论和实践问题。基于此,采用质性研究方法,选取三名公办中学教师作为对象开展研究,研究发现:随迁子女的学习困难问题在认知、动机、情感等方面均有所体现,解决这个问题的“制胜法宝”包括学情分析、真诚的爱、实践共同体、分层教育及行动研究等。
In recent years, the educational problems of children migrating to cities with migrant workers have drawn increasing attention from all sectors of society. Because of the change of the living environment and other reasons, the migrant children attending public schools have learning difficulties to varying degrees. How public school teachers solve this problem has become an extremely important theoretical and practical issue at present. Based on this, adopting the qualitative research method and selecting three public high school teachers as the research objects, the study finds that: the problem of learning difficulties of the accompanying children is manifested in the aspects of cognition, motivation, emotion, and so on.
