两段串联提升管反应器是为适应两段提升管催化裂化新工艺技术而研究开发的一种新型高效反应器。采用这种反应器可将现行提升管中的催化裂化反应过程分为两段进行 ,利用催化剂“性能接力”原理 ,使两段的反应更加有效 ;其次 ,由于采用两段串联 ,可分别控制两段的反应条件 ,便于进行条件优化 ;并且使提升管反应器的流型更加接近活塞流 ,进一步减少返混。因而可以改善产品分布 ,大大提高转化率和液体产品收率。
