目的:检测被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)肾小球基底膜电荷屏障的变化。方法:将含肾小管抗体的抗血清腹腔注射于大鼠体内建立被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)模型。用聚乙烯亚胺作为示踪剂,在电镜下观察PHN大鼠肾小球基底膜阴离子位点的变化。结果:PHN大鼠肾小球基底膜阴离子位点明显减少。结论:在PHN中,电荷屏障的破坏是发生蛋白尿的一个原因
Objective: To detect the change of charge barrier of glomerular basement membrane in passive Heymann nephritis (PHN). Methods: Peritoneal injection of antiserum containing renal tubular antibodies in rats was used to establish passive Heymann nephritis (PHN) model. Polyethylenimine was used as tracer to observe the change of anion sites of glomerular basement membrane in PHN rats under electron microscope. Results: PHN rats glomerular basement membrane anion sites significantly reduced. Conclusion: The destruction of the charge barrier in PHN is one of the causes of proteinuria
