以樱桃番茄“魔鬼”为试材,利用人工气候箱模拟设施栽培中的夜间低温条件,以15℃夜温为对照,研究5℃、8℃、11℃夜间温度对番茄叶片活性氧代谢、抗氧化酶活性、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白的影响。实验结果显示:夜间低温胁迫可以诱导樱桃番茄超氧阴离子产生速率、过氧化氢、丙二醛和可溶性蛋白含量上升;SOD、CAT活性在夜间低温胁迫下呈现先上升后下降的趋势,其中SOD活性始终高于对照,但CAT活性在处理后期低于对照水平;POD活性则随处理时间的延长和温度的降低呈上升趋势,且始终高于对照。SODPODCAT
Taking cherry tomato “Devil ” as test material, artificial climate chamber was used to simulate the nighttime low temperature condition during the cultivation period and 15 ℃ night temperature was used as control to study the effects of night temperature at 5 ℃, 8 ℃ and 11 ℃ on reactive oxygen species metabolism in tomato leaves , Antioxidant enzyme activity, malondialdehyde and soluble protein. The results showed that night-time low temperature stress could induce the growth rate of superoxide anion and the content of hydrogen peroxide, malondialdehyde and soluble protein in cherry tomato. The activity of SOD and CAT increased at first and then decreased at night under low temperature stress. SOD activity Which was always higher than that of the control, but CAT activity was lower than the control level at the later stage of treatment. POD activity increased with the extension of treatment time and temperature, and always higher than the control. SODPODCAT
