当前,在我国燃气工程建设过程中,常常出现项目施工范围较大、工期较长、集资成本较高等现象,在实施成本造价管理时,应当树立全局意识,多角度分析和判断,减少各种信息对造价管理的影响,并控制好项目施工成本,提高建筑项目成本管理的效果。本文在总结我国国内当前燃气工程造价管理经验的基础上,以实事求是为原则,分析并研究了燃气工程各个阶段资金成本控制的方法,并提出相应的优化建议。
