根据流体传动的基本理论知识 ,建立了G型桥溢流阀的动态数学模型 ,然后分别采用微机数字仿真及实验研究的方法 ,对G型π桥溢流阀的动态特性进行了研究 ,并取得了一致的结论 结果表明 :G型π桥溢流阀具有良好的综合性能 ,能同时拥有较好的动态性能和静态性能 ;先导液阻回路各液阻参数对溢流阀的动态特性具有重要影响 ,从而为G型π桥溢流阀的动态设计及性能品质的改善提供了依据 图 9,表 2 ,参 6
According to the basic theoretical knowledge of fluid transmission, the dynamic mathematical model of G-type bridge relief valve is established. Then, the dynamic characteristics of G-type π-bridge relief valve are studied by using computer numerical simulation and experimental research respectively. The results show that: G-type π-bridge relief valve has good overall performance, which can have both good dynamic performance and static performance; the pilot liquid-resistance of the hydraulic resistance parameters of the relief valve has a significant impact on the dynamic characteristics , Which provides a basis for the dynamic design of G-type π bridge relief valve and improve the quality of performance.
