目的:探讨高脂血症患者体内氧化应激的状态,为其治疗及判断预后提供一定的依据。方法:选择100例高脂血症患者作为病例组,并选择100例同期体检正常的健康者作为对照组,检测两组的丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、隐性氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、总抗氧化力(TAOP),并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:病例组与对照组比较脂质过氧化产物MDA、氧化应激标志物AOPP均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),2种抗氧化酶类(SOD、GSH-Px)及TAOP则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高脂血症患者体内脂质过氧化水平增高,总体的抗氧化能力则下降,氧化应激机制参与脂质代谢异常的发生。
Objective: To investigate the status of oxidative stress in hyperlipidemia patients and to provide some evidences for its treatment and prognosis. Methods: One hundred cases of hyperlipidemia were selected as the case group and 100 normal healthy controls were selected as the control group. The levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH- Px, AOPP and TAOP, and the data were analyzed statistically. Results: Compared with the control group, the lipid peroxidation product (MDA) and the oxidative stress marker (AOPP) in the case group and the control group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01), and the two antioxidant enzymes (SOD, GSH-Px) Lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia patients with increased levels of lipid peroxidation, the overall antioxidant capacity decreased, and oxidative stress mechanisms involved in the occurrence of lipid metabolism.
