案件质量是公诉工作的生命线。高检院公诉厅《检察机关公诉部门实行办案质量预警机制的规定(试行)》的执行,对新时期公诉工作提出了新要求、新标准,各地在贯彻执行中遇到了一些问题和困难。本文以2005——2006年玉溪市检察机关执行预警指标的情况为切入点,找出执行中发现的问题,分析原因,研究对策,并从法理和司法实践层面探究执行预警指标对办案的影响,以期进一步探寻提高公诉案件质量的长效管理机制。 The quality of the case is the lifeline of public prosecutorial work.
